Terms of sale

What you are buying.

These terms cover a direct purchase from this site: Proxy Node Raw, its accessories, and Station Hub presale orders. They are short on purpose: a term nobody reads protects nobody.

The order

Placing it, and when it becomes yours.

1.0Who you are buying from

The seller is Jyvin Company, trading as Proxy Nodes, 1170 Palmetto Street, Clearwater, FL 33755, United States.

1.1The contract

Placing an order at checkout is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we accept payment and confirm the order by email — for a Station Hub presale order too, which is a contract for a unit that has not been built yet (see section 3). Until then we may decline an order, for example if stock has run out between your click and the payment clearing. If we have taken payment for an order we cannot fill, we tell you by email and refund it in full.

1.2Quantity

One to ten units per order. That is enforced in the checkout itself, not a preference: an order above ten is rejected before a payment is attempted. A presale also has a total cap, and stops taking orders when it is reached. Raw and Station Hub are checked out separately. For more than ten, contact us through hello@proxynodes.com.

1.3Price, tax and shipping

Prices are shown on the product page, and price, tax and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. The price at checkout is the price you are charged.

1.4Title and risk

Title and risk in the goods pass to you on dispatch — when the parcel leaves us with the carrier. A parcel damaged or lost in transit is still our problem in practice: tell us and we will replace it. That is a commitment we are making here rather than a right this clause gives you.

1.5Delivery

We ship to United States addresses only; checkout will not accept another country. We aim to dispatch Proxy Node Raw orders within 1–2 business days. Destinations are on the product page. A Station Hub presale order ships in the estimated window shown before you buy (see section 3).

Any dispatch or ship time we state has a reasonable basis when we state it. If we cannot ship by that time, we email you a delay notice before it passes, offering a revised date or cancellation with a full refund. Refunds for a cancelled order are issued within 7 working days.

1.6Cancelling before it ships

You can cancel any order — Raw or presale — at any time before it ships, and get a full refund. Contact us through hello@proxynodes.com or open a support ticket with your order number. We issue the refund within 7 working days, to the card that paid. After it ships, the returns page applies instead.

The device

Firmware, updates, and the promise that outlives us.

2.1The firmware you are guaranteed

Proxy Node Raw ships with Nodeware 1.2.55 or later, our firmware, already flashed and print-tested. A Station Hub ships with the Nodeware release current when it is dispatched. That version is part of what you bought: it is on the device, it needs nothing from us, and no action of ours can take it away.

2.2Over-the-air updates are a service

A node can fetch new firmware over your LAN. That is a service we provide and may change or stop — it is not part of the goods. Updating is under your control: the node has an update policy you set, and it can be turned off. A node that never updates again keeps doing exactly what it did the day it arrived.

2.3The local-first commitment

We undertake that the print path in your node will never be made to depend on our cloud.

Printing, drawer kicks, barcode reads, the local HTTP/JSON API and raw ESC/POS on port 9100 all run on your own network and will keep running if our servers are down, if your internet is out, or if this company ceases to exist. We will not ship an update that adds a licence check, an activation call, a subscription gate or a phone-home requirement to that path. If a future release ever needed to, it would not be an update — it would be a different product, and you would keep the one you bought.

Cloud features — checkout, accounts, fleet visibility, support chat, telemetry — sit outside that path by design and can be declined without affecting the hardware.

2.4Radio regulation

Proxy Node Raw contains FCC ID: Z4T-XIAOESP32S3. Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void your authority to operate the equipment. The FCC statements that go with it are in the setup guide. Station Hub is not yet FCC-authorized; see section 3.

Station Hub presale

Paying now for a unit that ships later.

3.1What a presale order is

Station Hub is our own custom board and enclosure. A presale order buys one unit from its first production run, before the boards are made and before the device is authorized by the FCC. It is a purchase, not a reservation or a deposit.

3.2Payment and price

The full price is charged when you order, with postage and tax charged at checkout the same way as any other order. The price is locked at order: we will not ask you for more for that unit, whatever it ends up costing us to build.

3.3The ship window, and delays

The estimated ship window is shown on the product page before you buy, and repeated in your order confirmation email. It is recorded against your order when you place it, and we hold a written basis for it from the moment we state it.

If we will miss that window, we email you a delay notice before it passes, with a revised date or telling you we cannot give one, and offering cancellation with a full refund. If the revised date is no more than 30 days after the original, you are treated as accepting it unless you cancel. If the delay is longer than that, or we cannot give a date, we need your express consent to keep the order open — if you do not give it, we cancel the order and refund you in full. If we then miss a revised date, you get a new notice with the same choice.

3.4Cancelling

You can cancel a presale order at any time before your unit ships and get a full refund, including postage and tax. Contact us through hello@proxynodes.com or open a support ticket with your order number. We issue the refund within 7 working days.

3.5FCC authorization

Station Hub has not been authorized as required by the rules of the Federal Communications Commission. Delivery of your unit is conditioned on its completing FCC equipment authorization, and no unit ships before it does.

The FCC's rules do not address consumer protection or contract law that may apply to this sale. We, the seller, are responsible for refunds. If FCC authorization is not obtained, or the Station Hub project does not complete for any reason, we cancel your order and refund it in full.

3.6What may change before it ships

Every unit will have 10/100 Ethernet, dual-band (2.4 and 5 GHz) Wi-Fi, at least two powered USB-A ports, and the same Proxy Nodes local API. Those are committed. The exact port count (up, not down), the look of the enclosure, the module choice and the dimensions may still change. PoE, vision, audio and RS-232 are not included. If a change makes the unit wrong for you, you can still cancel for a full refund at any time before it ships.

The limits

What we are and are not liable for.

4.1Fit for the job you are buying it for

A node drives ESC/POS printers, the cash drawer on the printer's RJ12 port, and USB keyboard-wedge scanners. It does not drive StarPRNT-only printers or label printers speaking ZPL, TSPL, EPL2 or CPCL. The compatibility page says what we have actually tested and what we have only emulated. Read it before you buy — it is where the honest limits are, and we would rather lose the sale than argue about it later.

4.2Limitation of liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit us to limit.

Subject to that: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profits, lost sales, lost or corrupted data, or business interruption — and our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. If a node stops working, your remedy is a repair, a replacement or a refund under the warranty.

You remain responsible for your own business continuity. A single node is a single point of failure in a lane, and the honest advice is to keep a spare if a stopped lane costs you more than a spare does.

4.3Statutory rights

If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.

4.4Governing law

State of Florida, United States

Policy version prod-2026-09-29-v1, published 2026-09-30.

4.5Changes

We may change these terms for future orders. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it.
